Our Dew of Heaven:
Our Dew of Heaven is By My Spirit. Imagine you’ve been given a leadership role in your church or workplace. You feel unqualified, anxious about making mistakes, and unsure how to proceed. Instead of relying on your understanding, you pray for the Holy Spirit’s help each day. Over time, you notice that the tasks you once were anxious about become manageable. You’re given insights you hadn’t considered before, and the work is accomplished far beyond your expectations. This is the Spirit of God at work.
The message of Zechariah 4:6 is as relevant today as it was in Zerubbabel’s time. God reminds us that our strength and abilities alone cannot accomplish His purposes. Only through the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit can we overcome challenges, fulfil our calling, and bring glory to Him.
How Do We Live by the Spirit?
- 1. Surrender Your Plans: Commit your challenges and goals to God, acknowledging that His Spirit is the ultimate source of strength.
- 2. Seek His Guidance: Spend time in prayer and ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom and clarity in decision-making.
- 3. Rest in His Power: When you feel overwhelmed, remind yourself that the outcome doesn’t depend on your abilities but on God’s Spirit working through you.
As you journey in 2025, if you are faced with a mountain in your life, remember these words: “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit.” Surrender to the Spirit, trust in His power, and watch Him work wonders in your life.
