It shall end in Praise - Dew of Heaven - ICGC New Creation

Our Dew of Heaven:

Our Dew of Heaven this week is “It Shall End in Praise”. This profound truth assures the child of God that no matter what you face, it will end well. “It shall end in praise” is not just a hopeful statement—it is a declaration of unwavering trust that God’s purpose will prevail and the final outcome will glorify Him.

In Habakkuk 3:17-18, the Prophet declares, “Though the fig tree may not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines; though the labour of the olive may fail, and the fields yield no food; though the flock may be cut off from the fold, and there be no herd in the stalls—yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation. This is a powerful example of faith in action. Despite challenges and discouragement, the Prophet chooses to praise God. His joy is not in the circumstances but in the God who never fails.

Life’s journey often takes us through valleys of uncertainty, difficulties, and challenges. At times, it may feel like the trials will never end. Yet, God reminds us of a profound truth in these moments: it shall end in praise. This is not mere wishful thinking but a confident assurance rooted in God’s faithfulness. The Apostle Paul affirms this in Romans 8:28, where he assures us that all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose. Even the most painful experiences are tools in God’s hands, shaping us for His glory.

Consider the story of Joseph. He endured betrayal, slavery, false accusations, and imprisonment. Despite all these adversities, Joseph remained steadfast, trusting God’s plan. Ultimately, God elevated him to a position of honour in Egypt. When Joseph’s brothers feared his revenge, he spoke words of grace: “You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good” (Genesis 50:20). His story reminds us that what the enemy intends for harm, God will turn around for our good.

Paul reinforces this truth in 2 Corinthians 4:17, saying, “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.” Every trial is temporary, and every affliction produces something far greater than we can imagine. The darkest night will always give way to the light of dawn, and God’s glory will be revealed in the end.

Brothers and sisters in Christ, hold on to faith. Your story is not over. No matter the storm you are facing, it shall end in praise. This week shall end in praise. This month shall end in praise. You will end the year in praise. Trust in the One who holds your future and fix your eyes on Jesus, the Authour and Finisher of your faith.

Declaration:

I declare in the name of Jesus all things are working together for my good. This is my season; this is my moment. It is my time. It is my chance. And I know it shall end in praise in Jesus’ name. Amen.
